The VICOSTONE® ECO Partner Experience 2026 - The Gift of Materials & Design offers architects and design professionals an exclusive opportunity to explore the versatility of VICOSTONE® ECO Surfaces through a curated collection of bespoke samples and premium display pieces.

This initiative is meticulously designed to elevate the material experience, providing industry experts with the essential tools to inspire sustainable, high-performance, and aesthetically refined design solutions for their clients.

ELIGIBILITY

We welcome expressions of interest from professionals across Australia, specifically:

Architects and interior designers
Architecture and design studios
Interior design consultancies
Industry professionals involved in design, construction, or interior fit-out
Businesses with offices or showrooms displaying or specifying stone surface materials

PROGRAM SCOPE & DURATION

Location: Nationwide (Australia)
Time: From February 2026 to September 2026, or until the allocated gifts are fully distributed.

GIFT DETAILS

1. The VICOSTONE® Sample Kit

A comprehensive toolkit designed for seamless client consultations, material selection, and showroom integration. Each Sample kit includes:

VICOSTONE® ECO Surfaces sample set (36 colours)
ECO collection catalogue and product information

2. Bespoke Coffee Table

A signature display piece crafted from VICOSTONE® ECO Surfaces, featuring integrated brand detailing and digital access via QR code. Partners may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Select from our exclusive range of pre-designed Vicostone tables.
Option 2: A bespoke collaboration that allows partners to propose a custom design tailored to their showroom (subject to technical approval).

Option 4. Contact a VICOSTONE® representative directly

For Sample Kit, eligible partners will be contacted to coordinate delivery.

For Coffee Table, due to the exclusive nature of these pieces, VICOSTONE® will review each registration based on the following criteria:

✔ Practicing architect or interior designer

✔ Previously specified VICOSTONE® materials in at least one project

✔ Willing to participate in VICOSTONE® partner collaboration activities

Selected partners will be contacted for design and production coordination.

DELIVERY TIMELINE & METHOD

- Gifts will be distributed in scheduled phases

- Delivery confirmation will be provided via email or direct contact

- Products will be delivered to the registered showroom or nominated address

- Vicostone will support delivery logistics within a reasonable scope.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To help maintain the quality and integrity of the program, partners are kindly asked to:

- Use the gifted products for display, presentation, and material experience purposes only

- Keep the products in good condition throughout their use

- Not resell, transfer, or exchange the gifted items

- Not alter or use VICOSTONE® branding for independent commercial purposes

- Allow VICOSTONE® to use showroom images or related visuals for brand communications

- For Coffee Table recipients: Share at least one social media post featuring the product experience. In the case of tailor-made tables, partners are requested to share three posts within the first two months of receiving the product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

VICOSTONE® reserves the right to amend program details at any time. Participation implies acceptance of all program terms. All final decisions regarding eligibility and distribution remain at the sole discretion of VICOSTONE®.
